It is about lifting those around you and leaving a legacy that inspires others to rise. These leaders stand as proof that the future of business is driven by those who turn vision into lasting impact.”

Their vision, leadership, and lasting impact make them true Titans, and incredibly well deserving of this recognition”, says David Stonesifer, Partner at Cherry Bekaert.

The greatest value of the Titan 100 is not the award itself, it’s the community. The relationships I’ve built with fellow Titans have provided insight, encouragement, and perspective during some of the most important moments of my professional journey. I am honored to be recognized alongside such an exceptional group of leaders.

Starlite’s Joe Masciangelo Named a Philadelphia Titan 100 Honoree

We’re proud to share that Joe Masciangelo, Starlite’s Chief Operating Officer, has been named to the 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100—a prestigious list recognizing the region’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. This honor celebrates exceptional leadership, vision, and passion  across a wide spectrum of industries. We couldn’t be more excited to see Joe, joining our CEO Dean Danowitz who won Titan 100 in 2023, included among this impressive group!

Joe’s journey with Starlite is a testament to what hard work, curiosity, and commitment can accomplish. He started with us more than 20 years ago as a young sales executive, selling lighting fixtures and gobos with a deep passion for the audiovisual industry. Armed with a background in business and technical theatre, Joe brought a unique blend of creativity and strategy from day one.

But Joe didn’t stop at sales. Over the years, he taught himself software development to build the very infrastructure that Starlite still relies on today for order entry, rental management, and inventory tracking. He overhauled our financial systems to provide clearer, more accurate monthly insights. Joe led the charge in modernizing our marketing and brand strategy, and he continues to strengthen our internal operations while helping guide our long-term vision and growth.

From his hands-on technical expertise to his sharp business acumen, Joe has helped shape nearly every department at Starlite. He is a leader by example, not just in title. Whether he’s attending industry networking events, coaching our internal teams, or quietly solving behind-the-scenes challenges, Joe brings humility, insight, and drive to everything he does.

Joe’s recognition as a Titan 100 honoree is a reflection of his unwavering commitment to both Starlite and to the AV and lighting industry as a whole. And while this milestone is worth celebrating, Joe’s journey is far from over. We all know at Starlite, he’s just getting started.

Congratulations, Joe! Your Starlite family couldn’t be prouder.
