Titan CEO and headline sponsor Cherry Bekaert are pleased to announce Joe Masciangelo, Chief Operating Officer, Starlite as a 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honoree.

The Titan 100 program recognizes Philadelphia’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry, using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

Together, the 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $71.6 billion in annual revenue and employ over 78,000 people across the region and beyond.

This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony on September 10th, 2026, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.

Joe Masciangelo is the Chief Operating Officer of Starlite, where he leads the company’s operations, strategic growth initiatives, and organizational development. He will be honored at the Titan 100 awards celebration on September 10th, 2026, which will be held at 2300 Arena, Philadelphia. This elegant, cocktail-style awards event will unite 100 Titans of Industry for an unforgettable evening of celebration, camaraderie, and networking—an evening unlike anything that exists in the Philadelphia business community.

Starlite is proud to share that our Vice President of Event Technology, Jason Danowitz, has been named one of South Jersey Biz’s 2025 Executives of the Year. This recognition honors Jason’s more than three decades of leadership, innovation, and unwavering commitment to both Starlite’s growth and the people who make up our team.

Jason’s career with Starlite spans from his earliest hands-on technical roles to his current position guiding one of the region’s most trusted event production departments. Throughout that journey, he has remained grounded in the same principles that have defined his leadership from day one: authenticity, collaboration, and a true passion for the work. Jason can be described as the kind of leader who never hesitates to get in the thick of it with his team, whatever the moment calls for. Whether managing a large-scale corporate show, planning a complex multi-day expo, or troubleshooting on-site with calm confidence, Jason leads by example.

Under his direction, Starlite’s Event Technology division has evolved from a local operation into a Mid-Atlantic regional leader in audio, lighting, video, rigging, and staging. His forward-looking vision played a key role in expanding Starlite’s capabilities into the trade show and exhibition market, enabling our teams to support clients at events across the country. While those achievements are significant, Jason is the first to credit the team around him—and his humility is exactly what continues to elevate Starlite’s culture.

Each year the Commercial Integrator Awards spotlight excellence in the professional AV industry by honoring companies that go above and beyond in systems integration, innovation, and delivering long-term value to clients.

While Starlite didn’t take home the top award this year, we were incredibly proud to be acknowledged as a standout integrator among some of the best firms in the country. Being featured in the 2025 CI Awards is a reflection of the dedication, precision, and pride our integration team brings to every project.

Over the past year, our integration team has been in full force—engineering and executing high-performance AV, lighting, and rigging systems across education, corporate,  worship, and entertainment spaces.Being included in the CI Awards is a signal that the work we’re doing is raising the bar for what integrated systems can deliver. Featured Project: Arthur P. Schalick High School

We were especially proud to have our recent auditorium renovation at Arthur P. Schalick High School highlighted as part of the recognition. This project was a full-scope integration that included:

  • AV system engineering and installation
  • LED theatrical lighting upgrade
  • Complete rigging overhaul
  • Custom Crestron touchscreen interface for intuitive control
  • Integration of new and existing infrastructure to maximize value

What made this project shine was not flashy equipment. It was the thoughtful integration that allowed teachers, students, and staff to walk in and use the system with zero technical hurdles. For a school district, that’s transformational.
