If your school district is a COSTARS member, you already have access to purchase professional audiovisual and theatrical equipment directly from Starlite with no bidding process required.

COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program, designed to help eligible public entities save time and money when buying goods and services. Through COSTARS, registered members including K–12 schools, municipalities, and other public agencies can purchase directly from approved suppliers like Starlite under pre-established state contracts.
