REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately check in returning orders including conventional lighting fixtures, LED fixtures, consoles, special effects equipment, fog machines, hazers and other lighting gear .following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prepare and pull orders for customers and productions ensuring accuracy of equipment counts, following Standard Operations Procedures.
- Test equipment returning from customers and productions, identify missing or damaged equipment and follow necessary procedures.
- Organize and maintain departments and general warehouse area.
- Load and unload orders for customers at the ramp and truck docks, and for Starlite productions, ensuring that customer paperwork and payment terms are met.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our ideal candidate will possess in depth understanding of various lighting equipment including lighting control consoles, spotlights, LED fixtures, fog machines, etc. Can lift up to 50 pounds. Must be extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
